Pick Up in Store

The Brown&White Pick-up in Store option offers you the convenience of placing an order on brownandwhite.com.au and subsequently picking up your item(s) at a Brown&White store location in North Sydney. This feature not only saves you shipping charges but also helps you expedite any time-sensitive projects. When you arrive at the store, stop by the Special Service desk for assistance with order pickup. Just follow these easy steps: - Place your order on brownandwhite.com.au Store pickup is valid only at the specific store in North Sydney (for now) during store's normal operating hours (Monday - Saturday 9am - 5:30pm and Sunday 9am - 4 pm) and only for orders confirmed via In-Store Order Pickup Notification email. |
Delivery Procedure

After ordering your product, you will receive an on screen confirmation once your credit card has been authorized. The dispatch time for a product can be found on each individual product page. We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm You will also receive acknowledgement by email of what you ordered, and the address the goods are to be delivered to. In both cases you will also be provided with an order number. Please quote this number with any enquiries. - Delivery occurs within 3-10 working days. If after this time, please email sales@brownandwhite.com.au, providing your order number. We strive to answer all queries within a working day, although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us. (Please submit your query only once, as repeated emails/telephone calls only serves to slow down our response time and can result in further delays to your order.) - Small items such as Small Kitchen Appliances, Phones and Audio Portable Electronics are delivered to your home by post or courier. - All deliveries must be signed for. They will NOT be left in garages, sheds, outside loos, porches etc. after you receive your ordered product, you must examine the goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition - if packaging is damaged please notify us as soon as possible. If there is no one in to sign for the goods, they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card left. |

- We do our best to deliver most of the our items to Australian cities and areas, however there are some areas excluded, due to high shipping prices and delivery time. - Delivery can only be made to the cardholder's and buyer's Address. - Severe weather conditions in some parts of the country may cause disruption to our delivery service. We'll try delivering your item to you as soon as possible, and we're sorry for any inconvenience caused. - During holiday periods, delivery charges will be applied. - Our courier companies are not insured to enter your house/premises and will therefore require your help (or other recipient) in handling any order in excess of 25kgs (generally televisions and Side by Side Fridges). If there are any stairs that need to be climbed, please notify us when ordering. - We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately via email: sales@brownandwhite.com.au or telephone 02 99227088. Please retain the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase. - Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result. - There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be more than 14 working days. If this problem arises, Brown&White staff will contact you to update you on the progress of your order. - If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address at checkout page, a separate delivery charge will be made for each address when applicable.
