Returns Policy
- To return your purchase to Brown&White
- We will happily accept the return of your online purchase under the following circumstances. Goods, other than faulty goods, may be returned within 7 working days of the date the goods were received by you. We offer a full refund for units purchased on our website as long as they are in an 'as new' condition and complete with packaging / accessories. Any refund would exclude delivery and collection charges incurred by us if the unit is unwanted. Should the unit arrive faulty or damaged in transit we will happily exchange it for a replacement unit or issue you with a full refund or credit as soon as possible.
- Should your unit develop a fault
- Look for any visible signs of the breakdown and consult the troubleshooting guide in the manufacturer’s handbook or on their website. If you still need a repair please call our Customer Service team on where you will be asked for details of the model number, date of purchase and either your order confirmation number or postcode. Your order confirmation note provides this information and acts as your guarantee, so please make sure that you keep it throughout your guarantee period. Alternatively please e-mail sales@brownandwhite.com.au with all the relevant details listed before. In the unlikely event that an issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction, please let us know by calling our Customer Service team on 02 99227088 any time between 9.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
- If your unit is covered by Brown&White Extended Warranty
- We will happily collect the unit free of charge for a free, speedy repair. Please e-mail model number, date of purchase and either your order number, confirmation number or postcode to sales@brownandwhite.com.au. Your order confirmation note provides this information and acts as your guarantee, so please make sure that you keep it throughout your guarantee period. All items under our extended warranty are guaranteed for a full 12 months for domestic use unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. Obviously we can't be expected to guarantee against misuse (i.e. units being dropped or used incorrectly etc.) or excessive wear and tear (i.e. commercial use). Please note that if repairs are done other than by ourselves or authorised agents our guarantee can't apply. This guarantee is naturally in addition to your statutory rights. After the guarantee has expired we will still endeavour to help with any servicing your equipment may require.
